1. General
To use our website or place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during checkout and to use this website only for lawful purposes. BeeKidd reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order that violates these Terms.
2. Products
BeeKidd strives to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices, and availability displayed on the website are accurate. However, product images are provided for illustration purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product. Product availability is subject to stock, and BeeKidd reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the website are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and BeeKidd does not store your complete credit or debit card information. Orders will only be confirmed after successful payment authorization.
4. Order Confirmation
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. BeeKidd reserves the right to refuse any order, cancel orders due to pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or product unavailability, and request additional verification before processing an order. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Shipping & Delivery
BeeKidd currently delivers products within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary due to factors beyond our reasonable control. Delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, courier services, or other unforeseen circumstances shall not constitute a breach of these Terms. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information to ensure successful order fulfillment.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow our Return & Refund Policy. To request an order cancellation before dispatch, please contact support@beekidd.com or our official WhatsApp support as soon as possible.
7. Returns & Refunds
Eligible unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by BeeKidd. Certain items, including food containers and teethers, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are received damaged or defective. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. 8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and other materials, is the property of BeeKidd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BeeKidd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
11. Changes to These Terms
BeeKidd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this website. Your continued use of the website after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
