Returns
We accept returns within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging along with all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase. All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are received damaged or defective:
- Food containers
- Teethers
- Used, opened, or washed products
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@beekidd.com or through our official WhatsApp support. Kindly include your order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue. Once verified, BeeKidd will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Returns requested due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or requesting a different product, size, or colour will require the customer to bear the return shipping costs.
